Checklist to Band 48 phone prerequisites for connecting to Ruckus AP/CBSD

Though a phone is listed as Band 48 supported, not all models of that phone will work in the B48. This note is a checklist of items that need to be checked before a phone can connect to a Ruckus CBSD/AP.
