This seems like a very simple configuration, wondering what may have changed to make it not work intuitively. Trying to get our 7850s stood up in the lab, these are the 48Fs, so the 1/10/25G ports on module 1.I can’t seem to get the 1G links to connect to either a 7450’s 1/10 ports on module 2 or a 7750’s 1/10 ports on module 1. The 7850 shows up but the 7450 and 7750 shows down. Is there something in the configuration I’m missing?7850:GCB-LAB-IR(config)#sho int e 1/1/525GigabitEthernet1/1/5 is up, line protocol is up Port up for 58 second(s) Hardware is 25GigabitEthernet, address is 94bf.c43e.e6d8 (bia 94bf.c43e.e6dc) Configured speed 1Gbit, actual 1Gbit, configured duplex fdx, actual fdx Configured mdi mode AUTO, actual MDI Untagged member of L2 VLAN 4002, port state is FORWARDING BPDU guard is Disabled, ROOT protect is Disabled, Designated protect is Disabled Link Error Dampening is Disabled STP configured to ON, priority is level0, mac-learning is enabled Openflow is Disabled, Openflow Hybrid mode is Disabled, Flow Control is config enabled, oper not supported, negotiation disabled Mirror disabled, Monitor disabled Mac-notification is disabled VLAN-Mapping is disabled Not member of any active trunks Not member of any configured trunks No port name IPG MII 96 bits-time, IPG GMII 96 bits-time MTU 9380 bytes, encapsulation ethernet MMU Mode is Store-and-forward 300 second input rate: 0 bits/sec, 0 packets/sec, 0.00% utilization 300 second output rate: 824 bits/sec, 1 packets/sec, 0.00% utilization 2 packets input, 180 bytes, 0 no buffer Received 0 broadcasts, 2 multicasts, 0 unicasts 0 input errors, 0 CRC, 0 frame, 0 ignored 0 runts, 0 giants 104 packets output, 13419 bytes, 0 underruns Transmitted 0 broadcasts, 104 multicasts, 0 unicasts 0 output errors, 0 collisions Relay Agent Information option: Disabled Protected: No MAC Port Security: DisabledUC Egress queues:Queue counters Queued packets Dropped Packets 0 0 0 1 0 0 2 0 0 3 0 0 4 0 0 5 0 0 6 0 0 7 19 0 8 0 0 9 0 0MC Egress queues: Queue counters Queued packets Dropped Packets 0 0 0 1 0 0 2 0 0 3 0 0 4 0 0 5 85 0 6 0 0 7 0 0 8 0 0 9 0 0Oversubscribed ingress drop counters:High priority drop 0Low priority drop 0Total drop 0GCB-LAB-IR(config)#sho run int e 1/1/5interface ethernet 1/1/5 speed-duplex 1000-full7450:SSH@PL1B-B111-1>sho int e 1/2/310GigabitEthernet1/2/3 is down, line protocol is down Port down for 8 day(s) 15 hour(s) 47 minute(s) 15 second(s) Hardware is 10GigabitEthernet, address is 609c.9f31.39d3 (bia 609c.9f31.39d3) Configured speed 1Gbit, actual unknown, configured duplex fdx, actual unknown Configured mdi mode AUTO, actual unknown Untagged member of L2 VLAN 4002, port state is DISABLED BPDU guard is Disabled, ROOT protect is Disabled, Designated protect is Disabled Link Error Dampening is Disabled STP configured to ON, priority is level0, mac-learning is enabled Flow Control is config enabled, oper enabled, negotiation disabled Mirror disabled, Monitor disabled Mac-notification is disabled VLAN-Mapping is disabled Not member of any active trunks Not member of any configured trunks No port name IPG XGMII 96 bits-time MTU 10200 bytes MMU Mode is Store-and-forward 300 second input rate: 0 bits/sec, 0 packets/sec, 0.00% utilization 300 second output rate: 0 bits/sec, 0 packets/sec, 0.00% utilization 0 packets input, 0 bytes, 0 no buffer Received 0 broadcasts, 0 multicasts, 0 unicasts 0 input errors, 0 CRC, 0 frame, 0 ignored 0 runts, 0 giants 0 packets output, 0 bytes, 0 underruns Transmitted 0 broadcasts, 0 multicasts, 0 unicasts 0 output errors, 0 collisions Relay Agent Information option: Disabled Protected: No MAC Port Security: DisabledUC Egress queues:Queue counters Queued packets Dropped Packets 0 0 0 1 0 0 2 0 0 3 0 0 4 0 0 5 0 0 6 0 0 7 0 0MC Egress queues:Queue counters Queued packets Dropped Packets 0 0 0 1 0 0 2 0 0 3 0 0SSH@PL1B-B111-1>sho run int e 1/2/3interface ethernet 1/2/3 speed-duplex 1000-fullPort 1/2/3: Type : 1G M-LX(SFP)Same optics, tried LX and SX, same result on all.
