IO South buys surplus, cancelled-order, refurbished and used NVIDIA Blackwell systems as they come off deployments: complete DGX B200 systems, HGX B200 8-GPU systems from Supermicro, Dell, HPE, Gigabyte and other builders, loose HGX B200 baseboards, and the host systems with the GPUs removed. Complete working B200 systems are the most requested item on our buy side right now. If you have Blackwell hardware you are not going to deploy, or capacity you are consolidating, the process is the same one we run for H100 and H200 every week.
If your configuration is not on this list, send it anyway. Blackwell builds vary by integrator and the exact part numbers, GPU count and cooling tell us what we need.
Most of the B200 capacity in the world was ordered before it was delivered, and not every order matched the demand that showed up behind it. Projects get cancelled, funding changes, a cloud provider over-provisions a region, an enterprise pilot ends. The result is working Blackwell hardware with no workload, and buyers who could not get an allocation are asking us for it. That is why complete B200 systems lead our buy-side requests. We would rather tell you plainly that we want this hardware than wait for it to show up on a generic surplus list a year from now.
Timing matters more at the top of the market than anywhere else. A complete, tested Blackwell system is worth more to a buyer today, while allocation is tight, than it will be once the next generation starts shipping. If you know a system is surplus, get the list to us now.
Three kinds of Blackwell hardware reach us. Sealed cancelled-order systems are the simplest: serial numbers and the original configuration are enough to quote. Deployed systems that power on with all eight GPUs recognized are next: they go to the next owner as is, which is why a complete system usually earns a stronger offer than the same parts sold separately. Loose HGX B200 baseboards and individual SXM modules still sell, but they need a compatible host on the other side, so the buyer pool is narrower. If you can leave the systems intact until pickup, do.
Data center GPUs are controlled items under United States export regulations. IO South verifies counterparties and does not sell or ship controlled GPUs to restricted countries or restricted parties. If you are selling from overseas, tell us the country and the site and we confirm the path before we quote.
Data centers, colocation facilities, research labs and offices across the United States, and overseas sites that are refreshing to newer systems. A decommission is a project, not a pickup: we plan the sequence, label and palletize on site, arrange freight, and keep a record of what left the building. IO South has offices in Marietta, Georgia and Cincinnati, Ohio.
IO South is an established enterprise IT hardware company that buys and resells servers, networking equipment and data center GPUs every day. We are in the H100 and H200 market every week, the Blackwell buyers are already calling us, and that lets us make a real offer on B200 hardware quickly and stand behind it.

Yes. Blackwell systems are coming off cancelled orders, over-provisioned builds and early deployments, and complete working B200 systems are the most requested item on our buy side. Send the list and we respond the same way we do for H100 and H200.
Yes. One system is a normal purchase, and so is a full SuperPOD-scale decommission. Quantity affects the offer, not whether we make one.
Yes. Surplus and cancelled-order systems that are still in the crate are a straightforward purchase. Tell us whether the packaging is sealed and send the serial numbers and the original order configuration if you have them.
Yes. Tell us the site and whether the systems are still racked and powered. We coordinate the pickup with the facility, send a rep to palletize and wrap, and arrange the freight.
Yes. IO South buys from businesses across the United States and from data centers worldwide, subject to export regulations. Send the location with your list and we include the freight and import handling in the plan.
Contact us. The GB200 NVL72 is a rack-scale liquid-cooled system and moving one is a larger project than a single server, but the conversation starts the same way: send the configuration, quantity and location.
Yes. Tell us exactly what is included and the offer covers that configuration. Complete systems resell fastest, so leave them intact until pickup if you can.
That is the question most of our sellers are working through. See should you sell your H100s before Blackwell for how we think about timing, and sell used NVIDIA H100 GPUs when you are ready for a number.
