IO South buys used HPE ProLiant DL360 Gen10 and DL360 Gen10 Plus servers from businesses across the United States and worldwide. The DL360 is HPE’s 1U dual-socket workhorse, the most common rack server in enterprise data centers alongside its 2U sibling the DL380, and the Gen10 generation is the one in production almost everywhere right now. We are the buyer, not a broker. We resell DL360 Gen10 servers every week, so we know what each configuration is worth and can make a real offer quickly.

How selling your DL360 Gen10 servers to IO South works
- Send your list. Model (DL360 Gen10 or Gen10 Plus), processors, memory, drive bays and whether drives are included, quantity, condition, and where the hardware sits: your data center, a colocation facility, an office or storage. Call 855-272-5044 or email info@iosouth.com.
- A fair-market offer at no cost, usually within one business day. We buy and resell DL360 servers every week, so the offer is priced against real resale value, not a depreciation table.
- One offer, one pickup. A single unit, a rack, or a full decommission is the same conversation.
- We handle logistics. We send a rep to palletize and wrap, arrange freight pickup, and pay for shipping. Evaluation, logistics, freight and payment are handled in house.
- Your data stays yours. Configurations are wiped and drives are wiped or destroyed before anything is resold, or returned to you if your policy requires it.
- United States and worldwide. We buy from businesses across the US and from data centers overseas.
DL360 Gen10 and Gen10 Plus configurations we buy
- DL360 Gen10: 1U, two Intel Xeon Scalable 1st or 2nd generation processors (Bronze through Platinum), up to 24 DDR4 memory slots, 8 small-form-factor or 4 large-form-factor drive bays with the 10 bay NVMe option, Smart Array controllers, FlexibleLOM networking and iLO 5. From single-processor entry systems with 32 gigabytes of memory to fully built hosts with two high-core-count processors and a terabyte of memory.
- DL360 Gen10 Plus: the same 1U chassis on Intel Xeon Scalable 3rd generation processors, with PCIe 4.0, OCP 3.0 networking and more NVMe options. Strong resale demand from enterprises that want a recent platform without buying new.
- Related 1U systems: the DL325 Gen10 and Gen10 Plus and the DL365 Gen10 Plus on AMD EPYC sell to the same buyers. The DL360 Gen9 and the DL360 Gen11 go on the same list.
- Components from the same decommission: processors, memory, Smart Array controllers, network adapters, power supplies and drive caddies.
What drives the offer on a DL360
Configuration. Two DL360 Gen10 servers can look identical from the aisle and be worth very different amounts. The processor models and count, the memory total and the module size, the drive bay layout and whether the drives stay, the Smart Array controller model, the network adapters and the presence of a second power supply all move the number. A photo of the front, the rear and the service tag covers most of it, and an iLO inventory export covers the rest.
Single servers, racks and full decommissions
A DL360 from a small business that moved to the cloud is a normal purchase. So is a data center with hundreds of them. The process is the same: one list, one offer, one pickup. For larger decommissions we send a rep to label, palletize and wrap on site, we arrange the freight, and we keep a record of what left the building. Leave the servers racked and powered until the plan is set, because a working system with memory installed is worth more than a stripped chassis.
What to send for a DL360 quote
- Model and generation (DL360 Gen10 or Gen10 Plus), and how many of each.
- Processor model and count, total memory, and the drive configuration, or a note that drives are removed.
- Smart Array controller, network adapters and power supply count if known.
- Condition, and whether the systems are still racked and powered.
- Location, including any colocation facility, and the earliest pickup date.
- Photos of the front, rear and service tags. An iLO inventory export or asset list speeds everything up.
Where we buy
Data centers, colocation facilities, hospitals, schools, government offices and businesses across the United States, and overseas sites that are refreshing to newer equipment. A decommission is a project, not a pickup: we plan the sequence, label and palletize on site, arrange freight, and keep a record of what left the building. IO South has offices in Marietta, Georgia and Cincinnati, Ohio.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you buy a single DL360 Gen10 or only full racks?
Both. One DL360 is a normal purchase. So is a 40-rack decommission. Quantity affects the offer, not whether we make one.
Which DL360 configurations are worth the most?
Dual-processor systems with high-core-count Xeon Scalable processors, 256 gigabytes of memory or more, NVMe or SAS drive bays and 10 or 25 gigabit network adapters resell fastest. Entry configurations still sell, and we quote them plainly.
Do you buy the DL360 Gen10 Plus as well as the Gen10?
Yes. The Gen10 Plus on Intel Xeon Scalable 3rd generation processors, and the Gen10 on 1st and 2nd generation. We also buy the DL360 Gen9 and the DL360 Gen11, and the related DL325 and DL365 AMD systems. One list covers all of them.
What about the drives and our data?
Drives are wiped or destroyed before anything is resold, or returned to you if your policy requires it. If you have already pulled the drives, tell us the servers ship diskless and the offer reflects that.
My servers are in a colocation facility. Can you still buy them?
Yes. Tell us the site and whether the servers are still racked and powered. We coordinate the pickup with the facility, send a rep to palletize and wrap, and arrange the freight.
Do you buy DL360 servers from outside the United States?
Yes. IO South buys from businesses across the United States and from data centers worldwide. Send the location with your list and we include freight and import handling in the plan.
Should I reset iLO before handoff?
Yes, please. Reset the iLO administrator password to the default or to a password you share with us, and clear any iLO Advanced license you want to keep. It lets us test the servers on arrival and speeds up payment.
Do you also sell DL360 Gen10 servers?
Yes. IO South sells tested used and new HPE ProLiant servers. Browse the DL360 Gen10 category for current stock, or ask by email for a configuration.
